Boucherouite rug (or boucharouette) represent the expression of the Moroccan rural art. They are entirely made from recycled fabrics or, sometimes, wool. The base material is carefully selected by women. Subsequently, these elements are woven and sewn together by hand with no set pattern. The result is a beautiful patchwork of patterns and colors. Each piece produced is unique and special.
May come with minor imperfections like fading colors, loose threads, or wear. This is because our products are handcrafted by artisans. Handmade and vintage items have beauty in its imperfections, but that is part of the story behind the product and the artisan that crafted it
